Physical activity is essential for our health.

As you stretch your muscles,  the corresponding chakra will pulsate, be brighter and excrete more prana – according to the healer Choa Kok Sui. Movement can better circulate the energy in our system, so that we become stronger and mentally balanced.

In China, for example, it is usual to do such exercises in the morning or while waiting to bring the energy back to live. The disease-prevention training probably saves the Chinese billions of Euros in their health-system.

To keep our body fit, we should be moving at least one hour daily.

The simplest physical exercise is walking. Take a walk an hour every day, and many emotional problems will fall off by themselves.

Also dancing, any other form of sport and special body-energy exercises (yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, tensegrity, 5 Tibetans, etc.) stimulate the flow of energy along the meridians to a particularly high level and can make us fit within minutes.

Some exercises, such as kundalini yoga, have a very strong effect and lead to a sudden release of old blocks. Therefore, make sure that you receive loving and knowing instructions when it comes to energetic physical exercises.
