Hand activation (Michael Adam)

Stand naked in front of the mirror, at best early in the morning.
Beat  one fist into the other palm alternating for 5 minutes.
Tell yourself during the exercise: “You’re beautiful, you’re funny, you’re smart, you’re rich, you are strong …”

Background and Effect:
The activation of the hand chakras puts the left and the right brain halves together and deactivates the mind. Therefore, your positive commands can enter more easily into your subconscious. Do this exercise each day and it will change your life within one month!

Shake to Relax (Michael Adam)

Each step takes about 10 minutes

1. Step
Move your body ecstatically to loud music. Shake and feel it own your body, let your voice express all your emotions. Scream or hum

2. Step
Keep on dancing ecstatically and start move to the music through the room.

3. Step
Spin around and learn to be calm in your center. Increase the pace when you’re able to. You stop by mentally throwing a powerful anchor into your two feet.

4. Step
Sit in silence and let your thoughts pass.

Hand-awakening (Erhart Freitag)

Make a fist with your hand and look at it. Open it slowly until all fingers are straight.

Background and Effect:
The opening of the hand is a symbol of spiritual awakening. Do this gesture if you are angry, tired, feeling depressed or if you find everything meaningless. In your mind it will lead you back to your goal. (Source: Erhart Friday)

Chi Massage

Partner exercise or with electrical equipment: Take your partner’s legs above the heel and move the legs rhythmically gently with about 140 oscillations per minute and about 10 inches from side to side. The partner lies down, breathes deeply and ideally has a very flat round disk under the waist so it can move freely. Caution: Use only hard floors otherwise the body cannot swing enough.
Move your partner 5 to 15 minutes, then switch positions. The full body Chi-massage is even more pleasant when using an electric device that has a vibrating foot pad. Have a look on Amazon.

Background and Effect:
The 3-7 Hz rhythm creates a swinging motion of the whole body which causes a state of trance and deep relaxation of muscles. It creates a feeling of floating weightless and often a pleasant tingling sensation all over the body. The gentle rotating vibration relieves the spine and the muscles of the legs up towards the head. The electric Chi-massagers are a big hit mainly in Japan: By now some 600.000 of them have been sold in the land of the rising sun. Here they are available from around 40 €. I have very good experiences with it – the unit puts me in an extreme state of relaxation, ideal for short breaks. Other people, however, like my grandmother and mother felt the vibration unpleasant.

Crazy reaction

If something or someone makes you very angry, then think of, or – even better – do something crazy. Jump in a pool, or scream “Mommy, help me!” across the road or get a kite from the attic.

Background and Effect:

The crazy deed dissolves the tension that has built up a certain expectation in two parties. A tense situation is defused, because a third alternative arose: the laughter.

Tensegrity

Tensegrity (Tension and Unity) is a series of movements that serve different purposes and which often imitate movements of animals. They stem from an ancient tradition of Mexican shamans and are similar to Tai Chi.

Background & Impact:
The exercises have been found in higher states of consciousness and serve to redistribute energy in the aura and to induce a strong sense of wellbeing. Carlos Castaneda continued to change the exercises that had been edited by his teacher and published it in 1997 as a book.
According to the Mexican shamans every human is surrounded by an ovoid energy field which they believe is the true self. Behind the shoulder blades is the bright, so-called “assembly point” that translates the energy of the universe into understandable data for the human perception. Through these magical movements the through education acquired assembly point can be relocated to other areas. According to the shaman people move living energy from the center of their energy field to the edge if they are worried. The exercises bring the mind to a hold, set free the accumulated vital energy and bring it back to the vital centers. Tensegrity is taught worldwide since publication in 1997, practiced in various practice groups and can be learned directly from the book. I’ve personally had very good experiences with these exercises.

Dance

Move your body to music and strong rhythms. Find your own expression and play with the forces of creation that flow through your body. Loose yourself in on the movement and become one with it.
If you dance with a friend: Share your pulses with a partner and learn how to move in harmony with him/her.

Background & Impact:
The devotional moving to music gets your body and mind into a state of trance. Thoughts dissolve more and more and feelings are expressed directly through the body.

Humming

Begin to hum to yourself, perhaps a familiar tune, maybe you start composing straight away. Express yourself in humming however you feel.

Background and Effect:
Through the humming we are forced to breathe more deeply and rhythmically, through which we take in more air-prana. Through the vibration, which is formed in the body, an additional relaxation of the muscles is caused. Humming is very reassuring. Look at a mother who hums her child to sleep!

Peace through exercise

If you become angry about something take a deep breath and tense the entire body and all your muscles. Then  let go suddenly and scream or breathe out heavily. Repeat the exercise until you feel better.
You can also let go of your all accumulated energy by doing heavy physical work. Everything from chopping wood to push-ups to bashing a punching bag serves for this purpose.

Background and effect

Through tensing we show the body that we take the spiritual power seriously. Through the sudden release blocked energies are brought back into vibration. To concentrate on this exercise prevents that we focus too much on the supposed source of anger and thus completely loose control.
In addition, due to strong physical exertion, the chakras are activated and cleaned.

Reflexology

If you feel weak, exhausted and emotionally uncomfortable, rub, press and massage the following body parts:

Ears: Rub vigorously both ears with your fingers, especially the outer edges ear lobes.
Feet: Press and massage your feet thoroughly, including the toes, toe-spaces, balls and soles of the feet.
Head: Pressure and massage your head in the area of ​​hair (or no hair if bald) firmly with the fingertips.
Nose: Vigorously rub your nose with your fingers.

For specific health problems you can also go to a medical reflexology massage therapists, or consult a specialists in acupuncture and acupressure which then treat selected points for each of the affected organs and body parts.

Background & Impact:

All organs and muscle groups are concentrated or “mirrored” in certain areas of the skin. They are on the back, feet, hand, ear, nose and skull.
In reflexology, acupuncture and acupressure these points are massaged, punctured or pressed – and activate and clear the energy field.
The theory that explains this is that at these points meridians of the subtle energy field converge.
