Internal training space (Roy Martina)
The internal training space technique from Roy Martina is an incredibly effective method of spiritual life-design. Through this program we can leave old behaviors and move into new realms – changing our perceived identity pulls everything in our lifes that we achieve: material and spiritual success, prosperity and the ideal partner.
Roy Martina is a medical doctor, coach and former athlete who has won several European titles and written over 40 books.
The method is a meditation in alpha state, which consists of 3 parts:
1. Balancing the chakras through breathing and visualization exercises
2. Walking 14 steps to the training space, while anchoring the positive affirmations in body and spirit.
3. Experiments in a self-created, virtual, spiritual, training space: Step One – Step Two – follow-up visits
(4.) After leaving the training space you will repeat step 2. and then step 1.
(5.) Do not forget to leave the trance state after the end of the meditation, eg trough physical exercises.
