Dedicate your time to God at the beginning of each meditation. Attempt to come to rest and deeply relax yourself and your body.
Turn your thoughts off, hear and feel into your body and perceive the environment.
Lovingly let go of the “I” with all its troubles. If you get lost in thought, it’s ok. Once you realize it, just return to just perceiving without wondering about the reason for your distraction. When you follow this advise your thoughts will be coming in ever larger intervals.
Consciously dedicate the time to God. Healing and inspiration is a gift that comes from him. You can not do anything about it. Empty yourself and turn to the silence within you. God will give you exactly what you need.
Feel your breath, your heartbeat or the middle of your palms.
Stay unintentional – you do not have to achieve anything.
Just look and try to perceive, present in all its diversity: breath, body odors, noises, colors, shapes.
Be ready to suffer: Every suffering is given to us to purify – so we come closer to the essence.
