Simple script / prayer, in which a negative belief is replaced by a positive one.
“Spirit, please localize the origin of this negative feeling or set of beliefs: ____________” (insert emotion or belief you want to release it)
“Bring every aspect of my being and space to this origin. Analyze and solve it perfectly, with God’s truth.
Heal this incident that followed that first origin, according to God’s will.
I am in the moment, filled with light and truth, God’s peace and love, self-forgiveness for my wrong beliefs and forgiveness for every person, every place, circumstance and situation that is associated with the emotion and belief.
With complete forgiveness and unconditional love I delete this old one from my DNA, solve it on and let it go.
I feel ____________ (insert what you want to feel you)
I authorize any mental, emotional, spiritual problems and inappropriate behavior based on these old feelings to disappear quickly.
Thank you Spirit for your help to make me aware of all aspects of my creation. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love you and praise God from whom all blessings come.

Background & Impact:
This prayer is focused on powerful trust and the ability to let go. If we are already able to trust strongly and let large amounts of energy flow, the divine power itself will clarify the problem and resolve old beliefs.
Lie down and put yourself into a meditative state / trance and observe unpleasant feelings in you. Locate where these feelings are in your body and try to find out on which negative beliefs these feelings go back. If you want you can also visualize the negative set of beliefs, eg, as appendix, black brew, rock or whatever you can think of.
Grab it with your hands, take the image or the belief out and give it back to the one who you received it from. If this brings up anger in you you can let them out completely and throw the negative belief away – if you manage try to make it a formal ceremony: “Dear…, I hereby return my negative belief … back for good, and I thank you for the experience you have enabled me to have with it. ”
You can also steady the positive opposite, for example: “I am perfectly fine and lovable.” If you still feel an emotional resistance, return of ritual.
Background & Impact:
In us many negative beliefs are active, which have been set by other people or situations. This can be individual traumatic experiences, or long-lasting negative meditations we have received from our significant others (“You can never do it,” “You’re stupid”, etc.). The negative belief patterns similar to persons or situations, recall the original feeling again and cause a strong emotion in the body. It is therefore important to recognize these patterns in the alpha state as active and to turn them off.
Why don’t you have it yet?
If your answer is something negative, you aren’t clear.
If you say anything except an honest “I know it’s on the way to me,” you probably aren’t clear inside with what you want.
Another question to ask yourself is, “What does it mean that you don’t yet have what you want?” Your answer to that question will reveal your beliefs.
For example, if you say, “I have to do such and such first,” then you have a belief that you have to do something before you can have what you want.
If you say, “My soul doesn’t want me to have this,” then you are stating your own beliefs about what you think your soul wants for you.
If you say, “I don’t know how to get what I want,” then you are revealing a belief that says you have to know how to get what you want before you can have it.
If you feel uncomfortable try to locate the underlying negative belief, ie “I can not”, “I’m not lovable”, “nobody likes me”, “I’m stupid”, “I am not ok the way I am “, etc.
Feel the dark power of this statement on you with all your senses. Then tell yourself:
“BUT – I love myself, I forgive myself and I like myself how I am, with all my HEART.”
At the beginning this sentence can seem funny, unusual and you might not feel any effect. But if you stick with it you will slowly feel the dark veil lifting around you and how you’ll become lighter inside. With more practice you will soon feel a strong effect like a radiation and tingling in the heart area.
You can then set a sign of total acceptance and devotion by adding, eg: “Thank you Spirit, thy will be done.”
Background and Effect:
This exercise is my personal favorite exercise to resolve negative conditioning. It can be used anywhere and easily and is very powerful. It was handed down in this form from a Hawaiian shamanic tradition (Kahuna), but is found in variations in any religion. In this tradition it comes from the idea that we take everything negative in our lives ourselves and can therefore resolve it at any time. Jesus also talked repeatedly about the fundamental effect of love. The most important commandment of all is to “To love God (ie his whole creation, everything that there is), people around you, and yourself.” To be permanently in love is viewed in many traditions as the greatest and noblest aim of life.
1. Write down all situations in which you felt bad and when you were angry with other people.
2. Identify the underlying beliefs, eg, “I’m not good enough” “unloved”, “I’m worthless”, “must feel weak,” “I can nothing to an end”, ” I’m stupid”, etc. and write them on a sheet of paper.
3. Take the time to go honestly and deeply into those feelings. How does it feel? The deeper you go in the more you can let go of it later.
4. Ask yourself: can you accept that feeling? The reality that it has created in your life?
5. Take a deep breath. Feel the energy of your heart and let it clear up your old feelings.
6. Imagine what new situations you want to have instead. Feel it with your whole heart. Write them on a sheet of paper.
7. Now burn the paper with the negative beliefs.
8. Carry the paper with your new achievements at least for one week in your wallet.
Background & Impact:
Through the conscious and loving care, we make our unconscious beliefs that determined our lives visible. Through the power of our true heart’s desires we create new beliefs, which surpass the old energetic feelings and thus create a new reality. The burning of the old beliefs sends an adjunct to this process; a powerful message from our subconscious.
