This practice enriches the aura of energy and harmonizes the polarity in the body. Inhale through one nostril (4-10 sec), hold your breath with pinching your nose (approximately sec 10-15), and then exhale through the other nostril. (5-10 sec). Now breath in through this nostril and and exhale through the other. After 4-5 cycles your body is filled with plenty of fresh energy.

Sit upright and relaxed. Place one hand on the navel the other on the chest. Exhale thoroughly and breath in through the belly so that it lifts up the abdominal wall. If the abdominal cavity is full, inhale more through the flank, slightly lifting the ribs and letting the air flow into the chest. Exhale by first lowering your belly, the ribs, and then the chest – this results in the breathing wave. (3 min)
