Dance of hands

Sit or stand upright and opposite to each other looking deep into the eyes of your partner. Raise your hands in front of each other and place the palms on the palms of the other. Exerts a slight pressure so that the hands can feel each other well.
Let your hands then describe a three-dimensional dance and begin to put the whole body into the dance. One leads, the other tries to feel it and to follow. Come close to you and pull back again. The better the dance, the more you can change sides, and bend your knee or stretch.
Then exchange the rolls, so ones that was previously leading does now follow. Feel in which role you feel more comfortable; as the active or passive partner. How well you can let go of yourself in the leadership of your partner? Or do just feel when your partner takes the lead and when you want to have a go again? Play music to this exercise that you both like them dance with your hands without losing contact.

Background and Effect:
This beautiful exercise helps to contact the other to rebuild and to give into the leading of others, as to take on the lead yourself. This is also a dialogue between the roles of husband and wife.

Energy through hands

Place your hands for 2-3 minutes on each of your energy centers, from forehead to neck, heart, abdomen, pubic bone to the coccyx (10 min). You can also balance 2 energy centers at once – start with Ajna/Forehead- and Root, then neck-and sexual chakra, solar plexus and heart chakra. Other combinations are OK, too while it is favorable to energize the body towards the center. If you can, get it touch with your inner strength (or God) and say to yourself: “Thanks for the energy that is given to me.” Feel how energy flows through your head and goes through your hands to the chakras.

Background and Effect:

This technique is derived from the system of Reiki. It assumes that everyone is always included in a divine flow of energy, which one can consciously bring to oneself and to others.

Hand activation (Michael Adam)

Stand naked in front of the mirror, at best early in the morning.
Beat  one fist into the other palm alternating for 5 minutes.
Tell yourself during the exercise: “You’re beautiful, you’re funny, you’re smart, you’re rich, you are strong …”

Background and Effect:
The activation of the hand chakras puts the left and the right brain halves together and deactivates the mind. Therefore, your positive commands can enter more easily into your subconscious. Do this exercise each day and it will change your life within one month!

Hand-awakening (Erhart Freitag)

Make a fist with your hand and look at it. Open it slowly until all fingers are straight.

Background and Effect:
The opening of the hand is a symbol of spiritual awakening. Do this gesture if you are angry, tired, feeling depressed or if you find everything meaningless. In your mind it will lead you back to your goal. (Source: Erhart Friday)
