Ask yourself: “Which reason do I have to be happy here and now?”
Maybe I have a good and interesting job, a nice apartment, a great bike, a loving family, a loving partner, good friends, good health, good hobbies, delicious food and good wine, creative talent, Events or trips that I’m looking forward to or anything else?

Background and Effect:
That to which we direct our attention is the thing that will grow. The more I deal with my misfortunes, the greater they will become. The more we find which makes us happy, the more luck we will take into our lives.
