If you are in a difficult situation, take the time and calm yourself. Look at the painful point (body position, situation, other people, etc.), without judging it. Just watch, and accept all feelings, thoughts and outer signs, without giving them a meaning. Ask the sore point  a question and listen to the response immediately. If they are not instantaneous and you get into thoughts again, postpone the exercise until later. Ask questions like: “In the name of the Highest: who or what are you?” “Why are you here?” “Why have I called you, what do you enable me to?” “What will you tell me?” Have this dialogue with your inner guidance in your own terms.

All things in the outer world have their origin within you. Your inner guide is connected to everything and can always provide you with information about why something happened.
