If you become angry about something take a deep breath and tense the entire body and all your muscles. Then  let go suddenly and scream or breathe out heavily. Repeat the exercise until you feel better.
You can also let go of your all accumulated energy by doing heavy physical work. Everything from chopping wood to push-ups to bashing a punching bag serves for this purpose.

Background and effect

Through tensing we show the body that we take the spiritual power seriously. Through the sudden release blocked energies are brought back into vibration. To concentrate on this exercise prevents that we focus too much on the supposed source of anger and thus completely loose control.
In addition, due to strong physical exertion, the chakras are activated and cleaned.
