If you feel an inner drive, but you don’t know exactly what to do, do the following:

Turn slowly around and feel in which direction you feel good and attracted, and in which you feel bad or turned away. Let images from places, things or people arise. Turn into the direction where you feel most energy. Go deeper, breathe deeply. Communicate in thoughts with the place, thing or person, until you have clarity what to do.

If we feel without energy or real goal, we often fall into wrong patterns: we sit in front of the TV, computer, or grab something from the fridge. By connecting consciously with our inner self, we can get important signs for the next step.
